NEWS FLASH: Queen Victoria and her singing Equerry's comeback! Once more, after an absence of many years, starting with a special event for the Pasadena Playhouse, Janna portrayed Her Royal Majesty. So, if you are hoping to be knighted or make a friend a Dame, plus hear some songs enjoyed by Her Majesty, this is a unique opportunity. In honor of the late Prince Albert, who helped teach her singing while he played his organ, the Queen will pump her own organ while her Equerry sings.* Click on the image of Her Majesty to see one of her current photographs, taken by her Equerry himself! * The Queen is not as young as she was. Her reign is long and gives her great pleasure. But a recent knee operation has made playing her old pump organ difficult, So, Her Majesty now plays on a new-fangled electronic keyboard. Ah, how wonderful the work of science. She is amazed but hopes to be back pumping her old, dear organ in the near future!
Hi! This is to introduce you to what is designed to be a fun, helpful and informative website based on the adventures of Mallory & McCall (she's Janna McCall, he's Mallory), vintage costumed musical entertainers in the Irish, Pirate, Civil War, Wild West, Victorian, Gay '90s, Holiday, Dickens and loads of other fun and inventive historic and imaginative veins. Some of the photos are especially "vintage," so just add a few lines and grey the hair a bit. We're the same folk, only a bit older. Just a bit! In addition to who we are and what we do and did, you will find pages here with all kinds of things to enjoy. From vintage art to new works, from poetry to humorous lyrics, from fanstasy to horror--there's a bit of a lot of things to explore. Our site is an omnium-gatherum of things that we like and hope you will, too.
MEET THE HOME PAGE GOONIES! These Albatrosses have volunteered to see that you always get back to the Mallory & McCall HOME PAGE, no matter how far into the wilds of the site you venture. Just CLICK on them and you're back!
