And though you should be scraping the hull and mending sails and repairing lines--in other words refurbishing the ship--after weeks or even months at sea, a stroll through the tide pools with, perhaps, a bota of grog is just too inviting. You'll pick a place out of sight of the captain, then take off your bucket boots or they'll bring back more tiny sea critters that you came to watch but not get intimate with!
