| "CASCADE OF SKULLS" We seem to have a thing for skulls and knots and various piratical emblems and this is no exception. Well, maybe slightly. Mac was so busy tying and weaving this one together she left off the monkey's fists. (Hopefully they are not offended--they are all over the place here. They better watch out or Mac will start using those Turk things instead!) "Cascade of Skulls" assumes a different aspect depending on how tightly it is worn. Pulled up with the sliding beads, it is more of a pectoral. Pulled down it... well, skulls and beads cascade down the wearer's front like a gentlemen's ruffled cravat. The overall length can also be adjusted by retying the stop knot under the X above. ("Stop Knot" is one of those esoteric terms we knotters coin to impress.) Pricing such a piece that takes lots of time and pricey, hard-to-find fancy carved skulls and Tibetan silver* ones is a puzzlement.
