This truly primitive looking neckpiece evokes the mood of the tropics--perhaps it might be woven by an island maid or warrior. It's lightweight and made of a hempen cord (for decorative use only) that is slightly darker than the photo indicates. There are three monkey's fists and several wood beads, plain and painted. It slides over the head and may be adjusted by yet another wooden bead.
