Y've heard about them, the scourge of the Pirate Stage, it's
THE SKELETON CREW PIRATE BAND!
Well now, a lot of buccaneers have signed on for a sail or more, but now-a-days the Crew consists of the Captain, Mac the Wife and Black Patch Patterson, killer pennywhistler and strummer.
Most lately, we've press-ganged Dennis Gilmore, who, as ya see in the pictures is also the producer of our all-pirate CD "Kings of the Sea," as well as the upcomin' CD, "And Then We Wrote...and Re-Wrote..." which has a companion book of the same name. We'll get back to that, ya can bet!
The Skeleton Crew Pirate Band "bands" together to sail at Renaissance and pirate festivals, tall ship sightin's, nautical happenings and some wild private pirate parties (the infamous PPPs). We're lookin' forward to "Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest." We've careened her and the whole crew is busy scrapin' barnacles off the ship, mendin' the sails and shiverin' her timbers so she'll look real fine when the order comes to sail with Jack. Since one of our "Hits" is Mallory & McCall's special version of "The Derelict," otherwise known as "Fifteen Men on the Dead Man's Chest," we'd be right at home. We've even helped out our Ol' Pal Jack by appearin' on the red carpet, skulkin' about at the "Black Pearl" premiere, until cries of "John-ny! John-ny! John-ny" drowned us into the plush red brine. Perhaps we were out of our Depp. We're waitin', Capt. Jack.
The "And Then..." CD is in the works, but the book is available NOW! While waitin' for the full "And Then We Wrote" CD to be ready, there still be a handful o' copies of our ROUGH DRAFT SAMPLER CD. Ya get rough cuts of SIX FULL-LENGTH SONGS for $10, and we'll even pay for the shippin'. Two of the songs are on "Kings of the Sea" but in quite different mixes and another with whole diff'rent lyrics. So this be collector's treasure.
